Legal Agreement
Operating entity: Tech-News-AI.com
Platforms: Tech-News-AI.com · TechGlobal.news
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service and Sponsored Content Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Tech-News-AI.com and TechGlobal.news (collectively, the "Platforms"). By accessing the Platforms or purchasing any service, you ("Client," "Advertiser," or "User") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our services.
Tech-News-AI.com provides AI-assisted sponsored article creation and distribution services ("Studio Services"). Clients submit a brief, our platform generates a professionally written sponsored article, and upon payment, the article is published on TechGlobal.news and distributed according to the selected tier.
Available distribution tiers include:
All published articles are labeled as "Sponsored Content" in compliance with FTC guidelines. Publication on TechGlobal.news does not guarantee inclusion in Google News, Google Discover, or any third-party feed, though the site is actively submitted and eligible. Distribution reach figures represent our total potential audience and are not guaranteed impression counts.
Tech-News-AI.com uses the EnvokedX automated verification engine to review every article submission before publication. This system operates independently of human reviewers and performs three automated checks:
Verification results are classified as:
Tech-News-AI.com reserves the right to override any automated result at its sole discretion. Submission of an article does not guarantee publication. The EnvokedX system is a tool designed to protect the integrity of the Platforms and the safety of all users.
By submitting an article through Tech-News-AI.com, you grant Tech-News-AI.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display, distribute, syndicate, and sublicense your submitted content (including articles generated by our article engine based on your brief) across the Platforms and their approved distribution channels.
Third-party syndication, including but not limited to Google News, Apple News, Bing News, Flipboard, SmartNews, Feedly, and other aggregator platforms, may occur automatically as part of our publishing infrastructure. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
This syndication rights grant is a core condition of the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit content through Tech-News-AI.com.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all images, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and other media ("Media") that you upload or submit through the Platform.
By uploading any Media, you represent and warrant that:
TechGlobal.news and Tech-News-AI.com expressly disclaim all liability for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property violations arising from user-submitted Media. Tech-News-AI.com does not review uploaded Media for copyright compliance prior to publication.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech-News-AI.com and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any Media you submit, including any claim of copyright infringement or unauthorized use of any image or video.
If you receive a takedown notice or legal claim related to Media you submitted, you must notify Tech-News-AI.com immediately at legal@techglobal.news and cooperate fully in any removal or resolution. Tech-News-AI.com reserves the right to remove any Media at any time without notice if it reasonably suspects a copyright violation.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Tech-News-AI.com to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. All sales are final at the time of successful Stripe payment confirmation.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
All sales are final. Because our services involve the immediate creation and publication of digital content, refunds are not available once a Stripe payment has been successfully processed and the article has been published.
Exception — EnvokedX verification failure: If your article is rejected by the EnvokedX automated verification system after payment (Red status), or remains in manual review (Yellow status) for more than 5 business days without resolution, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds for verification failures are processed automatically or upon request to studio@techglobal.news within 30 days of submission. No refund is issued for articles that pass verification and are published.
Article revision policy: If you are not satisfied with the published article, Tech-News-AI.com will make a reasonable effort to revise and republish the article at no additional charge. To request a revision, contact us at studio@techglobal.news within 7 days of publication with specific, detailed feedback.
Revisions that change the fundamental nature of the article, require a different company or product, or request content that violates this Agreement are not covered under the revision policy.
We stand behind every article our team produces. If Tech-News-AI.com determines, at its sole editorial discretion, that a published article contains a significant error — such as materially incorrect facts, wrong company details, garbled or incoherent prose, or content that misrepresents your business in a way that could cause reputational harm — we will immediately remove the article and issue a pro-rated refund calculated as follows:
| Time article was live | Refund issued |
|---|---|
| Under 24 hours | 100% — full refund |
| 1 – 7 days | Refund minus a daily rate for each day published |
| 8 – 30 days | Refund minus proportional amount for days published |
| Over 30 days | No refund — primary distribution window has elapsed |
How the daily rate is calculated: Your purchase price is divided by 180 (the standard 6-month active period). Each full calendar day the article was live is deducted from your refund at that daily rate, rounded to the nearest dollar. The minimum refund processed is $5.00 to offset payment processing costs.
Example: You paid $79 for the National tier. The article ran for 4 days before we identified a significant factual error and removed it. Daily rate: $79 ÷ 180 ≈ $0.44/day. Deduction: 4 × $0.44 = $1.76. You receive $77.24 back.
Important distinctions: This guarantee applies only to errors introduced by our article engine or our platform — not to dissatisfaction with tone, style, or angle (covered by the revision policy above), and not to content removed for violating Section 4 of this Agreement (no refund applies in that case). Third-party syndication or republication by external news aggregators after initial publication is outside our control and does not affect refund eligibility.
To report a potential article quality issue, email studio@techglobal.news with the subject line "Quality Issue — [Your Company Name]". We review all quality reports within 1 business day and will notify you of our editorial decision and any applicable refund within 3 business days.
By purchasing Studio Services, you represent and warrant that the information, brief, company details, and any materials you provide are truthful, accurate, and non-deceptive. You agree that the sponsored content will promote a legitimate business, product, or service and will comply with all applicable laws.
You expressly agree not to submit content briefs or cause the publication of content that:
Tech-News-AI.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, edit, delay, or permanently remove any article that violates these standards — including after publication — without refund and without prior notice. Violation of these standards may result in permanent account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Tech-News-AI.com acts in good faith as your marketing and distribution partner. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to create a high-quality sponsored article based on the brief you provide and to distribute it through the channels associated with your selected tier.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Tech-News-AI.com is acting as a service provider and distributor, not as a guarantor of specific business results. Publication of a sponsored article does not constitute an endorsement of your company, product, or service by TechGlobal.news or Tech-News-AI.com beyond the scope of the paid placement.
You grant Tech-News-AI.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute the content we create on your behalf through our Platforms and distribution channels.
The articles created through the Studio Service are written by the Tech-News-AI.com platform. Upon publication and full payment, Client is granted a non-exclusive license to share, republish, and use the article for their own marketing purposes, provided they attribute the source ("As published on TechGlobal.news").
All original editorial content, branding, logos, and platform code on TechGlobal.news and Tech-News-AI.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective operating entities. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
The Studio Services and Platforms are provided "as is." Tech-News-AI.com makes no guarantees regarding the number of views, clicks, leads, sales, or any other specific business outcome resulting from publication. SEO performance and search engine indexing are outside our direct control and may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech-News-AI.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platforms or Studio Services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from Studio Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific article placement giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech-News-AI.com and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) any content or information you provide that is false, infringing, or unlawful; or (c) your use of the Platforms or Studio Services in violation of any applicable law.
